This concept of assistance and accompaniment was initiated in the 80’s and based on a particular environment and on a real project of life and communication that are specifically adjusted for people with Alzheimer’s disease.

In those Parentèles the priority is given to the well-being, to the sensorial fulfilment of the resident and its positive emotions, avoiding behaviour disorders and slowing the evolution of the disease respectfully to humanity’s and dignity’s matters.
